meryph Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on meryph.vip, you expressly represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful; (c) you are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law, regulation, or court order; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

These Terms are effective upon account registration and govern all interactions between you and meryph, including but not limited to: account creation, login, deposits, gameplay, bonus redemption, withdrawals, and customer support interactions. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account with meryph. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their location. meryph reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and accounts of individuals found to be underage will be immediately and permanently closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

meryph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all registered users prior to permitting real-money play. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID or UMID Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Philippine Passport

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and certain gaming features.

2.3 Restricted Territories

meryph services are intended for Philippine residents. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the meryph platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of meryph complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. meryph may suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) meryph account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. meryph uses technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your meryph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify meryph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. meryph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your meryph account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or granted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate termination.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. meryph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after the dormancy period has been exceeded, in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

meryph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name. meryph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal, meryph may require you to have completed full KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Same business day (subject to cut-off times)
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
• Coins.ph: Same business day
• USDT TRC20: Within 24 hours, subject to network confirmation

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

meryph is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations, as well as PAGCOR's AML guidelines. meryph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits above regulatory thresholds. Suspicious transaction reports may be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

4.4 Transaction Fees

meryph does not charge processing fees for standard GCash or Maya transactions. Third-party payment processors (including banks) may charge their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network fees.

5.1 Game Availability

meryph offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing games. Not all games may be available at all times. meryph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on regulatory requirements.

5.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All casino games on the meryph platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are fair, random, and not influenced by previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for individual slot games within the game information section.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error during gameplay, meryph reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Decisions made by meryph regarding malfunctions are final and binding. meryph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.

5.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports bets placed on meryph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook section of the platform. meryph reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to pricing errors. In-play betting odds are subject to change without notice as events progress.

meryph may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, deposit matches, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions offered by meryph unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified, active accounts that have completed KYC identity verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• meryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• One bonus per household, IP address, or device is typically permitted unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will have their accounts suspended and bonus amounts forfeited.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited after expiry.

meryph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and is required by PAGCOR to implement responsible gaming measures. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the meryph platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and may be extended indefinitely upon request.

meryph staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may refer players to support resources. meryph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on accounts where patterns of concerning behavior are identified, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meryph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your meryph account;
• Registering or operating more than one meryph account;
• Using any software, system, algorithm, or strategy that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to automated bots, exploits, or card-counting software;
• Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting scheme;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Abusing promotional offers or bonus systems, including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any meryph software;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Any conduct that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.

All content on the meryph platform — including but not limited to the meryph brand name, logo, website design, game content (to the extent licensed for distribution), software, text, images, and user interface elements — is either owned by meryph or licensed to meryph by third-party game providers and content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meryph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the meryph platform without prior written consent from meryph or the applicable rights holder.

Game content (including slots, live dealer games, and other casino products) is provided to meryph under license from third-party game developers. All rights in those games remain with their respective developers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, meryph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the inability to access the platform — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the meryph platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

meryph's total cumulative liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money you have deposited into your meryph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

meryph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing your own security measures to protect your devices and data when accessing the platform.

meryph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as PAGCOR's data governance requirements. The collection and processing of your personal data is described in detail in the meryph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering for a meryph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.

meryph does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other government authorities where required by law, as well as with certified third-party service providers involved in platform operations (such as payment processors and KYC verification services), under strict data processing agreements.

12.1 Termination by meryph

meryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) these Terms or PAGCOR regulations have been violated; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) the account has been used in connection with money laundering; (d) regulatory requirements mandate account closure; or (e) the Platform ceases operations.

In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, meryph may withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. meryph shall provide reasonable notice of account closure except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm or comply with a legal obligation.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your meryph account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any available balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The regulatory authority for meryph's online gaming operations is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the meryph platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting meryph's customer support team. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and regulations.

For formal legal disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

meryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the meryph platform.

Non-material clarifications or updates that do not affect the substantive rights of players may be made without advance notification. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the meryph platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and request account closure.
